Given that I am in Australia; required a non-standard mortgage; and was re-mortgaging at a time when many of the products available to me were being pulled off the market by institutions on a daily basis due to the credit crunch ñ the process from start to finish was remarkably smooth!
The paperwork was clear and easy to understand and Fiaz was able to deal with any questions/enquiries by email or phone as they arose.
My two criticisms would be 1) not always easy to get hold of Fiaz by phone which could mean a delay given the time difference between Australia/UK, and 2) I felt the Scottish solicitor charged too much for the conveyancing, given that this was a re-mortgage ñ however, this wasnít Fiazís fault.
Would definitely recommend the services of Mortgage Force to others.
